  • The Waterproofing Shop acts as a middleman between manufacturers/suppliers and customers.

  • We do not manufacture any of the products sold.

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and performance claims are provided by manufacturers or suppliers.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product availability may vary between in-store and online purchases.

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions may be corrected at our discretion.

5. Online and In-Store Purchases

Online Orders

  • Online purchases currently include free delivery on selected products only.

  • Free delivery is temporary and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

In-Store Purchases

  • In-store purchases requiring delivery are subject to a delivery fee of R12 per kilometer (R12/km).

  • Delivery distance is calculated from our store location at 138 Albertina Sisulu Road, Manufacta, Roodepoort.

6. Delivery

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

  • The Waterproofing Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, traffic, weather, or incorrect customer details.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.

7. No Returns and No Refunds Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • The Waterproofing Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, whether products are purchased online or in-store.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct products are purchased before completing the transaction.

8. Manufacturer Defects and Batch Issues

  • Any manufacturing defects, batch problems, or product failures are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

  • The Waterproofing Shop cannot be held liable for defects, faulty batches, or performance issues, as we are not involved in the manufacturing process.

  • Where possible, we may assist customers by directing them to the relevant manufacturer or supplier, but this is done as a courtesy only.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Losses resulting from reliance on manufacturer claims
