Shipping Policy

At The Waterproofing Shop, we currently offer delivery within Gauteng only. We do not deliver outside of the Gauteng region.

In-store pickup is available and can be selected at checkout.
Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, delivery may be delayed.
Once all items are confirmed to be in stock, delivery will be scheduled for the first available delivery slot.
Delivery can take up to 3 working days from order confirmation.
No deliveries are made over weekends. Deliveries take place on business days only (Monday to Friday).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability or unforeseen delays.

Customers will be contacted should there be any delays affecting their order.
