All products supplied by The Waterproofing Shop are sourced directly from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. As a result, The Waterproofing Shop cannot be held liable for any issues relating to the product once it has been supplied, including but not limited to incorrect colour shades, batch variations, or manufacturer defects.

• No returns or refunds will be accepted once products have been purchased.

• Colour shades may vary between batches; The Waterproofing Shop is not responsible for colour discrepancies in buckets.
